移动端样式
1 内嵌单张图表
移动端与Web端不同的是参数位置不同，web样式使用参数传递，移动端使用地址顺序，请注意！
需要指定：
- 图表id：必填；
- ruleid：可选，如果需要应用模版分配规则，保持为1；
